The demand for artificial intelligence skills is constantly changing! Soon, 𝐀𝐈’𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 🚀
The latest research shows that roles in companies influenced by 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!
In the past year, organizations using artificial intelligence were most likely to hire data engineers and analysts, as well as machine learning engineers – these roles are still in demand. But beware: hiring of AI-related software engineers is declining (from 39% to 28%). Roles in so-called rapid engineering are also appearing on the scene, indicating a growing demand with the implementation of artificial intelligence 👩💻 🔝
7% of respondents whose organizations have implemented artificial intelligence reported such hiring in the past year ⌛
🔄 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭! More employees are expected to be retrained than laid off. A lower percentage of respondents indicate job cuts (8%), and as many as 40% forecast retraining more than 20% of employees.
AI is changing the workspace, but the reduction in the number of employees is mainly in service activities.
🏆 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬! Successful AI companies will bet on retraining (as much as 30% of their workforce in the next 3 years) as a result of AI implementation – more than three times more than their competitors. This is a race against time and an opportunity to gain an edge.
Artificial intelligence is constantly evolving, and we are evolving with it! The past gives us clues, but the future is a field of new possibilities. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? 💡 🌍
