In the IT department, we were looking for a way to automate processes in other departments. However, the disadvantage of various RPA technologies was that they could not communicate with applications via terminal RDP access. The XELTO digital team found a solution and created an RPA process that can work with our ERP system via RDP access, and so we have already created up to 17 processes in the first phase, which saved up to 80 hours of our employees' working time per month.
