Our experiences with ChatGPT in exploring RPA implementation challenges 🥼 🔎 Many organizations, in order to better understand the potential difficulties they may encounter when implementing RPA, turn to artificial intelligence, specifically ChatGPT, to create a list of RPA-related challenges. 📃 As a result, the experiences can be intriguing but also somewhat disappointing 😥. Today, we would like to share our insights with you – we decided to see what challenges and issues related to RPA implementation ChatGPT would provide us with. Here are our findings: ➡️ The list of challenges presented by ChatGPT included commonly known and frequently discussed items. These included, among others, integration with existing systems, managing organizational changes, adapting processes for automation, and data security issues. These challenges are crucial, but they were not news to us. 🛟 🔐 ➡️ We also did not receive any tips or more detailed, non-standard suggestions. Unfortunately, ChatGPT did not provide valuable industry-specific knowledge or organizational insights. It’s challenging to understand what specific difficulties one might encounter in a given situation and what the best practices are for overcoming them. ⚔️ Despite the unfavorable conclusions, we must not forget the potential benefits of leveraging AI-based tools, such as ChatGPT, to analyze RPA implementation challenges. This can serve as a starting point for further research and discussions, enabling us to approach RPA implementation more consciously and effectively. 💬 In summary, ChatGPT is a powerful tool for exploring potential challenges, but its results are limited to the available general knowledge.
